We want to you to really love your purchase; we will take it back if you don’t! Find out how to return your order below.
Returns Policy
- All returns need to be requested within 14 days from arrival and needs to be accepted by synthCube.
- synthCube will only accept returns for full refund if item is in brand new conditions – full refund refers to the amount paid for the merchandise only, shipping costs will not be refunded (unless order arrives in conditions other than the ones described in the product description), there is also a 10% restock fee which will be deducted from the refund for all returns.
- Return postage is responsibility of the customer (unless order arrives in conditions other than the ones described in the product description).
- Refunds will only be issued if order is returned – it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be issued – it can take up to 14 business days for the refund to arrive in your bank account from the issuing date.
- DIY kits are not eligible for full refunds if the project has been started in any way – kit must be in brand new conditions to be eligible for a refund.
- Parts and tools are only eligible for refunds if unopened and unused.
synthCube Assembled Modules Warranty Policy
- Modules assembled by synthCube include a 1-year warranty.
- Warranty will provide full service on technical issues only. Full refunds will only be offered within 14 days from arrival (see Returns Policy to learn more).
- If issue is not technical, any repairs will be charged.
Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Warranty Policy
- All CPO modules sold by synthCube include a 90-day warranty.
- Warranty will provide full service on technical issues only. Full refunds will only be offered within 14 days from arrival (see Returns Policy to learn more).
- If issue is not technical, any repairs will be charged.
Repairs
- Modules will only be accepted for repairs if previously arranged with synthCube. Any modules that are sent to us without our consent will be refused and sent back to the sender.
- A repair fee will be charged for any module that is not under warranty.
- DIY kits are not insured.
- Repair fees need to be paid in full before the module gets released back to the customer.
- Customer is responsible for postage charges to and from the synthCube shop.
We comply with all US and international rules and regulations regarding customs declarations. Please do not request any adjustment to the customs requirements for your country; you are responsible for compliance with the customs and duties requirements for the place you reside.
